
This circular, clockwise route explores the hills above Tocón de Quéntar. The route is 15km long, has an elevation of 416m and takes about 5 hours to complete.
The route starts in the village of Tocón de Quéntar. We follow the river through the Arroyo del Tocón and then make our way up a section of the Cañada Real Huétor-Guéjar to the summit of the Loma la Molina and the Puerta Ventana at 1533m with its fantastic views. We then make our way between the Cerro Perdiñel (1628m) on our left and the Cerro la Cañadilla (1628m) on our right. From here, we make our way back down to the starting point.
