Crossing the river

This is where you can cross the river in the Summer. There is also a concrete structure further down if you don't want to get your feet wet. Our map with this route folllows a route which does not cross the river but has a slightly dangerous steep slow before you get back down the the walkway.  Maybe it is a good idea to cross the river like this if you can.
