Loja: Abades Service Area

Parking at the Abades Service Area in Loja. 

NOTE: There are two service stations with the same name on both sides of the motorway. 

If you are using this meeting point for the  Charco del Negro - Cueva Horadada - Karst de Sierra Gorda walk you need to be on the side closest to the mountain. 

The side you need does NOT have a burger king. If you come from Granada you will need to cross over. If you get to the wrong side by mistake you can get back on the motorway and cross the motorway about 2km further down.

Some people reported that google maps did strange things near to the end point and directed people to the train station. So, you might have to use some common sense just before you get to the destination. 

If you want to have beers after the walk you can buy beers from the fridge in the service station and sit somewhere. There are no tapas so you may have to buy a snack. 

The service station has good high power electric charging points.
