Gúajar Fondón: Castillejo - Gúajar Faragüit
Wednesday 24th of January 2024 11:00 AMThis circular route explores the hills above the villages of the Guajares. The route is 7.6km long, has an elevation of 350m and takes about 4 hours to complete.
LONG DESCRIPTION
This circular route starts in the village of Guájar Fondón. The walk begins with a steep uphill ascent as we make our way up to Castillejo. Here, there are fantastic views of the surrounding area. We then walk down and cross the Río Toba and up into the village of Guájar Faragüit. From here, we make our way back up to the village of Guájar Fondón and back to the starting point.
